At Baseform, we're committed to getting your skincare products to you quickly and reliably. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Order Processing Once you place an order, you'll instantly receive a confirmation email with your order details. We process and dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. If an item is out of stock, we'll notify you by phone call or SMS and let you know the earliest it can be dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

• Lahore: 2–3 business days
• Rest of Pakistan: 3–5 business days
• During sale periods, delivery may take up to 5–7 business days

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders above Rs 2,500
• Flat Rs 200 shipping on all orders below Rs 2,500

Order Tracking You'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships. You can also check your order status any time by contacting us through our social media pages or the details below.

Please Note

• Parcels are delivered only to the shipping address provided at checkout — we cannot redirect to an alternative address.
• We currently ship within Pakistan only.
